
High Fructose Corn Syrup can be a deadly thing and here’s why.
High Fructose Corn Syrup is very similar to fat but not quite. Your body reacts weirdly to food that it’s not familiar with which is why fast food is also very bad. High Fructose Corn Syrup is also found in products that you eat every day. This includes ketchup, soda , candy or
candy bars and more, but that’s not the most surprising part because some of these are marketed as health products. Here are some examples. Yogurt, whole wheat bread, granola bars and more. Don’t worry I’ve got a solution for you all worrying about your favorite foods.
For yogurt all you have to do is check the ingredients and make sure that it says “ Low Fat Pasteurized” now this still has high fructose corn syrup but at least now it’s low fat…
For Whole wheat bread there are some options without high fructose corn syrup in them so I would check the ingredients, it would usually say it on the bottom right part of the bread.
For granola bars it’s the same thing as the bread I would check the ingredients if I were you I’d be careful. But i’m still gonna list some options without high fructose corn syrup.

Remember earlier when I mentioned that ketchup has high fructose corn syrup? Well I guess you can still use it as a dip as long as you’re not chugging on it.
Did you know that Diet Coke is actually the opposite of what it claims to be, yeah it’s actually not diet as a matter of fact it’s pretty unhealthy I would stick with normal sized even though that sounds pretty wierd.
Now you know what high fructose corn syrup is and you have been warned so you can be careful when you want to eat something.
